Development & Test Graduate Engineer
Working in close collaboration with multiple departments across the business, the Development & Test engineering graduate would run dedicated set of validation tests on Helix motors and inverters, to confirm performance to initial specification along with any durability and regulatory compliance requirements. During the scheme, the candidate will have a hands-on approach to testing at component and system level and require a keen eye for detail in data analysis and reporting, along with an aptitude to help drive continual improvement. The Development Team also work closely with the customers and are required to provide both remote and on-site support when required.

Graduates: what we are looking for:
For the Graduate scheme you will have an outstanding academic record with a minimum of a 2:1 honours degree or equivalent. Applicants should be studying for degree in a relevant engineering or a related scientific subject.
You will have a creative and forward-thinking mentality, be tenacious when solving complex engineering problems and embrace new technologies and challenges as you develop. You will be passionate about engineering for vehicle applications, pro-active and results driven, with a can-do attitude.
